EVA Molded Outsole

EcoProm LLC produces molded shoe outsoles. Outsole production technology is thermoforming from EVA material (ECOprene). The advantage of this technology is the simplicity and low cost of technological equipment (molds), in comparison with injection molds (thermoforms cost from 3,000 rubles/pair), which allows quick and cost-effective change of the assortment. The technology of outsole thermoforming itself is less expensive and energy-consuming than the injection method.

Molded outsoles come in different types: with or without a heel; made using stitching or glue assembly method; made with various types of patterns and colors, both standard and according to customer sketches. They are used for home and children's footwear production.
