EVA Wedge Outsole

We produce outsoles with different forefoot and heel (wedge) thickness, from 5/10 mm to 11/22 mm thick. Depending on the pattern and thickness, this outsole type can be used to produce both indoor and winter footwear, such as UGG. We use several types of processing:

roughing —  surface treatment of EVA sheets (Ecoprene) that gives the material the "terry" effect;

 processing (milling) the contour following the copy of the trace cut from an EVA (Ecoprene) sheet. This will give your shoes individuality and recognition. Outsoles of this type are mainly used in children's and home shoes, summer slippers, and flipflops.
